1976-1983 Degree in medicine at the University of Göttingen, awarded a doctorate

1983 Doctor of Medicine

1983-1984 Research at the Max Planck Institut for experimental medicine in the area of gastrointestinal hormones, Göttingen

1984-1987 Scientific Assistant at the University Hospital Göttingen, Department for Internal Medicine

Since 1988 Own practice in Lauenförde/Germany for general and internal medicine

2000 Acupuncture A and B diploma

2001 Opening of a second practice for acupuncture and applied techniques in Lauenförde/Germany

2006 Opening of a third practice for acupuncture, laser therapy and research at the Hospital Neu Mariahilf, University of Göttingen
